In all areas of my life, I am guided by a commitment to serve and uplift others. It is a calling that has guided many of my pursuits and led to countless opportunities to make a difference.
Service has always been central to my life, both in and outside of real estate. In my career, I guide people through major life transitions—buying a first home, selling a family property, or navigating an estate after losing a loved one. That same passion for helping others extends into my community involvement.
One of my proudest roles was serving as past president of the Nathan Yip Foundation, where we funded education programs in rural Colorado and built eight orphanages, primarily in China. Giving back has always been at the heart of everything I do, and that same commitment to making a difference is what led me to help start Restoration Ranch, a cause that is deeply personal to me.
In 2020, my dear friend Kathryn Severns Avery lost her husband, Chris, in a tragic accident. On his way to the store, he was hit by a car fleeing the police and passed away. Amid her grief, rather than turning to anger, she chose to honor Chris by supporting first responders—people who put their lives on the line every day. As she built relationships with law enforcement, she gained a deeper understanding of the immense stress they carry and saw an opportunity to create something meaningful.
Not long after, she called me about a ranch I had listed in the foothills. Previously listed but now it was off the market. Well, everything happens for a reason. She ended up buying it and together we launched Restoration Ranch Colorado, a retreat for first responders and their families. It’s a place for them to heal, rest, and reconnect. Last year alone, we welcomed over 500 visitors. We also host summer camps for children of first responders. The ranch is a way to give back to those who sacrifice so much, often without recognition.
That same spirit of service has shaped my career in real estate. My mom was a phenomenal REALTOR®, and she taught me that this business is about service first. I like to say that if you looked at my blood under a microscope, you’d see little blue R’s (REALTOR®,) and KW’s (Keller Williams) running through it. This industry has given me so much, and I believe in pouring back into it.
I have served on numerous boards and committees, including as past president of The South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association. I’ve spent over 20 years in leadership roles at the local, state and national levels. I am also an instructor for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute and have taught international and state-level courses in appraising. I’ve been honored with awards like REALTOR® of the Year and the Protecting Our Future Award, which was created in honor of Oliver Frascona, a renowned real estate attorney and educator dedicated to advancing the industry.
Through real estate, I serve my clients, mentor fellow agents, contribute to the industry, and support meaningful causes. I am committed to helping raise as much as possible to support Restoration Ranch Colorado and those who risk everything for us.
My faith is a cornerstone of my life. I always say, “You can’t outgive God!” I feel incredibly blessed and strive to pay that gratitude forward. Outside of work, my husband and I love golfing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling whenever we get the chance!
With over 40 years of experience, my purpose is to be a calming voice of reassurance, and, above all, someone who truly cares. I tell my team that we aren’t just in real estate; we’re in the business of helping people. Every person on my team has a servant’s heart. We’re problem solvers. We bring solutions.
For me, real estate is a form of ministry; a calling to serve others in times of need. I believe God places people in my path for a reason, and no matter the challenge, I am committed to helping with care and integrity. One of my strengths is helping families with estates. I take on the logistical burdens—coordinating repairs, organizing belongings, and managing the sale—so they can focus on what matters most. I connect my clients with trusted professionals, from contractors to legal experts, to make the process as smooth as possible. Having a deep understanding of the community, market, and industry as a whole, I am confident I can make a positive impact on your buying or selling journey! My goal is always to bring clarity, stability, and genuine care to those I serve.
Sincerely,
